Prayer of the lost

Lord God, I’m in doubt, I’m in pain.
My mind’s put into test and my heart wants to rest.
My body wants to sleep, but my weary soul is weeping so deep.
I’m sick, I need a cure, all the pain and sorrow 
I can no longer endure.

I humbly ask for your forgiveness, 
for all the burdens I have caused to your creature.
I’m begging for your guidance! I’m starving for your presence!
Lord God, I keep on praying for something only for my own intention,
Yet I know you have your own plans for each and everyone

Please touch the heart of those in pain.
Please shed your light to those who need your guidance!
Please let my love and your love be felt by the ones we pray!
Let them know you, the only Lord God!

Lord God, whatever your plans may be, then so be it!
Just take me to the place where I can best serve you.
I surrender everything to you Lord God!
Let me be your instrument, let me be a witnessed.

All the Glory is yours, 
You who are God who lives and reigns 
forever and ever!
